48-Hour Repair Response Time**: As a Haven Club Member, upon request we guarantee 24 Hour repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request, and repair(s) are needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500.
Guaranteed Service Window: As a Haven Club Member, we know your time is valuable, so we’ll guarantee our arrival to service your system within a two-hour window.
Transferrable Plans: As a Haven Club Member, we’re happy to serve you. If you relocate within our service area, your payment credits will move with you to your new home. You can also transfer your payment credits and warranties to the new homeowner, providing a valuable incentive for prospective buyers.
Reduced Diagnostic Charge: As a Haven Club Member, you only pay a $25 diagnostic fee, saving you $64 on any repair-related visit. Normal Diag. fee is $89.*
Repair & Indoor Air Quality Discounts: As a Haven Club Member, you’re guaranteed 10% off all repairs and indoor air quality products.
