Our furnace was down, so no A/C and no heat. Even before our furnace was down, our A/C stopped working. We called Mighty Ducts/Haven and they were able to send Cody to our home. Cody was very professional and friendly. He explained to us what happened and provided us with a repair estimate. He was able to repair our furnace, including getting our A/C up and running the same day. He also resolved other issues we’ve had with the vents. He is efficient and is a very hard worker. 100% Grade A service and reliability from the the customer service, repair consult, sales and installation crew. Our old unit was 23 years old and costing a fortune to run (even with solar energy). I did my due diligence and searched for a solid company with great reviews and reputation and Haven Air is the best. We live in Ontario and they are based in Anaheim. It was a big job for our 3200 sf home, taking 2 full days. They were never late, cleaned up thoroughly every time, very courteous employees, knowledgeable and professional every step. Andreas Laux was my lead sales guy and man on the job. No pressure to purchase anything and was thorough in his explanation of the different units available for our size home. He followed up with me every day and kept me informed. I was very comfortable with him and highly recommend this company for either repair or a new A/C or furnace. I dont do social media but i wanted anyone looking for help with their system to know you can trust these guys to do good honest work for you and for the years to follow maintaining the unit for you.
