MERV Rating

A MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) rating is a numerical scale used to indicate the effectiveness of an air filter in capturing and trapping airborne particles. The higher the MERV rating, the finer the filtration and the greater the ability of the filter to remove smaller particles from the air.
